The (LF) Reserve Fund invests in short and medium term bonds that fall under one of the three investment-grade classes. It is authorised in Luxembourg.
Investment objective
It aims to provide returns equivalent to the returns of short and medium term investment-grade corporate and government securities of the Eurozone.
The (LF) Reserve Fund may also invest in:
- Investment-grade money market instruments.
- Deposits with European credit institutions
Its portfolio aims to maintain a duration lower than 3 years. It may not invest, directly or indirectly, in equities and commodities.
It may invest in derivative financial instruments for the purposes of efficient portfolio management and/or hedging.
Investor profile
The (LF) Reserve Fund has a low investment risk profile. It is intended for investors who:
- Do not wish to take risks.
- Seek short-term returns higher than the current interest rates in the European money market, with the option of immediate liquidity.
