The (LF) Income Plus € mutual fund invests in short-term bonds, money market instruments and deposits denominated in euro. It is authorised in Luxembourg.
The Eurobank DIS class units distribute dividend as provided in the Prospectus (9. Dividend Distribution Policy). Dividend is to be distributed on an annual basis. For 2025, the annual dividend was 3.00%. For 2026, the estimated dividend is expected to reach up to 2.50%.
Investment objective
It aims to achieve returns higher than current money market interest rates. Its portfolio comprises government and corporate bonds, bank deposits and money market instruments in euro.
The (LF) Income Plus € mutual fund may invest:
- Over 35% of its assets in Greek government bonds.
- Over 50% of its assets in bonds, money market instruments and bank deposits bearing the investment risk of Greece as a country.
- Its portfolio aims at relatively short-term investments, so that its overall duration does not exceed 3 years. It may not invest in equities.
It may invest in derivative financial instruments for the purposes of efficient portfolio management and/or hedging.
SFDR Article 6: The fund does not have sustainable investment as its objective, as defined in regulation (EU) 2019/2088 on sustainability-related disclosures in the financial services sector (SFDR).
Investor profile
The (LF) Income Plus € mutual fund is intended for investors with a short or medium term investment horizon who seek to combine:
- Returns.
- Low fluctuation.
- Immediate liquidity.
The SFDR classifies financial products according to how sustainability factors are integrated into the investment process:
- Article 6 – Integrates no specific sustainability objective; only discloses how sustainability risks are considered.
- Article 8 – Promotes environmental and/or social characteristics, but without a sustainable investment objective.
- Article 9 – Has a sustainable investment as its explicit objective.
Morningstar star ratings do not predict future performance. Morningstar’s Risk Rating indicates how much the fund’s returns fluctuate, while the 1-to-5 star rating reflects past risk-adjusted performance, ranging from 1 star for well below-average results to 5 stars for top-tier results.
